Where is it sourced and stored?
Ask directly whether the compound is sourced and warehoused domestically or shipped in from abroad. The answer sets your lead time and your risk profile.
Is there a certificate for every batch?
Not a sample COA — a certificate for the specific lot you will receive, searchable by lot number. If the record is not per-lot, it is marketing.
Who answers when something is wrong?
A US-based team in your business hours is a different relationship than a ticket queue. When an order is time-sensitive, that difference is the whole thing.
